Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations Before Shipment
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, you may do so only if the order has not yet been shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at +923180583590 with your order number and reason for cancellation. If the order is still in processing, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a full refund.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to accept cancellations for any reason. This includes:
- Change of mind
- Accidental order placement
- Wrong item or quantity selected
- Shipping delays (within reasonable delivery windows)
- Duplicate orders
We work hard to dispatch orders quickly — often within a few hours of purchase — which limits our ability to stop an order once it's on its way.
Refused or Returned Deliveries
Refusing a delivery or sending it back without prior approval does not qualify as a valid cancellation. Such returns may incur additional fees or delays in processing and are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
